meet Liza.

Liza created Balanced Body Method to bring a more unique, practical, and comprehensive approach of total health coaching to her clients. She is an experienced nutrition coach, personal trainer, and Pilates instructor. Through her unique combination of skills, she is able to purposefully coach clients to their goals and help establish a balanced approach to nutrition and fitness. She specializes in weight loss coaching, but also works with many clients who are trying to optimize their health, get through a fitness plateau, create more muscle tone, or get to the next level with their nutrition.


Over her years of practicing and working with a very diverse clientele, Liza realized more and more the need for an approach to fitness goals that emphasizes nutrition and fitness training together and with a more individualized approach that also centers on real life application and setting clients up for success on their own. Liza prioritizes Pilates based training principles in each training session with clients so that they can perfect form and strengthen the body from the inside first. She believes that with practice and education, anyone can be led to the attainment of their health and fitness goals and beyond. Her goal is to get you to the point where you feel confident, knowledgeable, and independent in terms of your approach to your fitness and nutrition. She looks to be a coach for her clients- someone who develops a plan of action, who teaches, and who helps you to get through obstacles and barriers as they arise, presenting new solutions so that you can get past anything that stands in the way!

Areas Served

In person session: Liza is able to meet clients at a mutually convenient location for nutrition coaching sessions. For in person nutrition coaching she is able to service most of central MA and Metrowest.

Virtual sessions: Many clients choose to conduct nutrition coaching sessions virtually via Skype or over the phone. Liza is able to service nutrition coaching clients from anywhere in the country via virtual coaching. This option is typically most convenient for clients and allows for sessions to take place any day of the week at a time that is most convenient and comfortable for the client.
